despite the wind and the rain i headed off to the southside festival at Queens park recreational grounds. and again despite the adverse conditons my friend and my 2 kids managed to - have head massages, see and hold the owls ( will try and send pics.) got free facepainting at the earthzone and drank delicious alcohol free fresh fruit cocktails, did some bouncy castle stuff ( rain permitting) had hot dogs, and danced to some very good band that was on the central stage. only complaint was price of wine but wonderful day out and wiht a packed lunch and tiny budget you could have a fun day out with family. thanks Glasgow. and i am sorry about the rain.
