Project description
Art in the Park is a temporary exhibition housed within the Victorian Glasshouses in Queens Park, Glasgow.
Now in its third year, the show will run over the weekend of the 28/29 May 2011, with a private view on the 27 May. The exhibition is part of the Southside Festival which attracts thousands of people into the park. Last year’s exhibition attracted over two thousand people.
The event support’s both established and emerging Glasgow Artists and commission is set at 20%
Submission instructions
If you are an Artist or Designer, working in any discipline and would like to be considered to be part of Art in The Park, please e-mail your details and images to southsidefestival.art@gmail.com by 6pm on Wednesday 13th of May. Emails to be max 3Mb total
Artists/designers can submit a maximum of five pieces of work for review.
All entries to include: Title of work, dimensions, medium, jpeg image and price of each piece.
Paintings, photography and prints must be framed or on box canvas for Art in the Park
