Film

The Southside Film Festival will be screening a variety of films, including feature films, animation, shorts, documentaries and music videos in a number of non traditional venues throughout the Southside.  Director Karen O’Hare really pushed the boat out on this one in an attempt to bring the people south of the clyde together through film.  The extensive programme run over three days, from the 13th – 15th May, should be more than enough to meet this objective.  If sitting watching film is not enough then there are opportunities to get involved through workshops, discussions or Q&As sessions, organised as part of the festival, which can bring you into contact with experienced film makers and actors in an informal setting.
