The Shawlands Kirk Recital Series

Shawlands Kirk is delighted to be a new venue for the South Side Festival this year and will be hosting recitals and short concerts, all given by new ensembles.

Flutes Unlimited was founded last year by Conductor Andrea Kuypers. You’re invited to their End Of Term Bash. There WILL be Queen. There WILL be Brahms and all for the cost of a donation.

Alex South (Clarinet) and Oliver Rundell (Piano) present a programme to include music by Gerald Finzi, Malcolm Arnold and Judith Weir, celebrating the culture and landscapes of the Isles.

Singers J. Campbell Kerr and Linda Caldwell join with flautist Andrea Kuypers and accompanist Hugh Reid to offer a truly eclectic programme of music, in parts sentimental, glamorous, inspiring or camp, but all-in-all, charming!
